Returning an Item

1. Ensure the item is securely packed and properly folded, similar to its original condition upon receipt. Please note, we may deduct a small amount from your return if the item's condition is not maintained.
2. Contact us for instructions on returning a purchase. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product. The price for return shipping should be arranged by contacting customer service at info@snusbox.eu.
3. Upon receiving your returned order, we'll process it within 5 working days. Please allow 1-3 banking days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanging an Item

We don't facilitate direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the desired size separately.

Right of Cancellation

You have a 14-day full right of cancellation on items purchased from our webshop. Costs associated with cancellation will be borne by the purchaser (customer).

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received the item. If you've ordered multiple items delivered separately, the cancellation period starts from the day you received the last item.

To cancel your purchase, notify us via email at info@snusbox.eu within 14 days of delivery. Use our default cancellation form if preferred.

Cancellation of Part of the Purchase

If you've purchased multiple items, you can choose to return specific items from the order.

Condition of the Item

You're responsible for any decrease in the value of goods resulting from handling beyond what's necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

If an item shows signs of use beyond inspection, it'll be considered used, and only a partial or no refund will be issued based on its commercial value.

Please return the product in its original packaging to maintain its commercial value.

Reimbursement

If you cancel your order, you'll receive a full refund. However, if the item's value is diminished due to use or mishandling, we'll deduct the corresponding amount from the refund.

We'll process the refund using the original payment method, unless agreed otherwise. Refunds may be withheld until we receive the returned item, or documentation is provided. Alternatively, you can cancel the purchase in person at the address provided.
